To redeem your 7 Days to Die Steam key, log into the Steam client on your computer and select "Activate a Product on Steam" from the "Games" menu. Enter your 15-character digital PIN to permanently add the game to your library. Because this is a Global/EU key, ensure your Steam store region is set to a European or compatible territory before activation to ensure the key is accepted.
