The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash. 4. Validity Period and Refund - 12 Months after issuance. Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be returned or extended. If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card. 5. Gift Card Lost or Stolen - SHEIN and MyList are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards.
